Payment is made securely via
PayPal, and you don't need to register or have a PayPal account to make the
payment! Still, the comfort and safety is there as PayPal process the payments
with your card at their encrypted site so your card information is totally
secure. We care about your privacy and safety.
AS you don't register any account at our shop, PLEASE make sure that you enter correct email and address info, so we can contact you and send

Yes, we accept orders from anywhere in
the world!
We use Swedish Postal Services, and your local Postal Service for distributing
the packages.
You can choose to use standard mail or mail with insurance and tracking.
The delivery time vary because of manufacturing time and the
geographic position of your address.
However, we always do our best to get the orders processed as quickly as we can.
The following estimated manufacturing times are depending on that "order completion" is provided (See
more below)
Passports = 2-4 weeks + time of shipping
ID cards & Driving Licence = 1-2 weeks + time of shipping
Police ID kit = Normally 1-2 weeks, currently 3-5 weeks + time of shipping
Citizenship, Certificates and Diplomas = 2-7 days + time of shipping
Post Cards =1-2 days + time of shipping

depending of weight and destination, but you can always see shipping cost at the shopping cart page.
To see exact shipping cost, please add your items in the shopping cart. Then
view the cart and choose type of shipping. Finally click the "Calculate"
button to show shipping cost.

About Shipping security |

Standard shipping is chaeper but
does not come with tracking service or insurance.
Shipping with insurance and tracking is very secure and therefore recommended
(note that tracking service might not display entire route in some nations).
Thule Postcards are delivered with standard shipping only. |

Did you order an item with special
text, photo or signature?
After you paid for your order, you must complete the order by sending us an
email or regular mail with additonal information and images within 60 days!
The production starts when your order is paid, but can only be finished when we have all neccesary parts!
It's fast and very easy!
1. Depending on what item you’ve ordered, please scroll down to see what
info, and/or images, you need to provide to complete your order. (Tip! It is
easy to copy content from item examples below and paste it into your email. Then
add your information.)
Dont forget to attach images (photos and signatures) with your email when needed.
Check and double check spelling and information content!
2. Send the email to

Please use same email address, as you used when you paid. If not, please state
Transaction ID received from PayPal.
Important info about images!
You can use the same photo and signature for
several different items if you want.
When it comes to "cut outs", we will
try our best to cut out signatures and heads, but if the image has a diffuse
background or a haircut that makes it too difficult we will use the whole square
image with no cut outs. Always try to have a strict bright white background for
your images to support cutouts. You can take a live photo with your phone or digital camera
for portraits, but
you can't take pictures of real photographs and signature on paper! They must be
scanned and emailed, or sent by ordinary mail.
When scanning, please use good quality (300 dpi).
NOTE! MINIMUM photo size = 300x400 pixel!
If you can't provide images by email, you can still send them by ordinary mail.
For signatures, just write it on an ordinary white paper. Please refer to your email address, so we know who provided the images.
